By using this site, placing an order, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of the page tells you when they were last changed.

You can shop with OIKKOTAN as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for the details you provide and for keeping your password to yourself. Let us know straight away if you think your account has been used by someone else.

When you place an order, you are making us an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send you a shipping confirmation — not before. We may decline an order if we cannot verify payment, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if a product is out of stock. In any of those cases we will refund you in full.

Prices on the site are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where indicated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over 2000 TK ship free within Bangladesh. We do our best to keep prices accurate; if we notice a clear error we may cancel the order and refund you.

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within thirty days of delivery. Full details — including how to start a return — are in our FAQ. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven days of receipt.

The OIKKOTAN name, mark, photography, illustrations, and copy on this site belong to us. You are welcome to share images and quotes on personal social media with a credit; commercial use, reproduction, or scraping requires written permission.

We make every effort to describe our products accurately and to keep the site running smoothly. To the extent permitted by law, OIKKOTAN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute that we cannot resolve directly will be heard by the courts of Dhaka.
